The Preston Avenue Redevelopment Initiate sought proposals for the adapt reuse of the 720 block of Charlottesville’s Preston Avenue.  The existing site consisted a large gravel parking lot, derelict warehouse space, and the old Coca Cola Bottling plant.

The concept plan includes the historic restoration of the existing Art Deco Coca Cola building, the renovation of existing warehouse space into a new biotech incubator, and the construction of a new mixed use building with integrate parking garage.

The site concept plan includes a pavilion/event space, and outdoor performance theater, and generous public space.
