This project involved the renovation of an existing vacant storefront space into a new restaurant. One of the greatest limitations of this space was the existing structure. With the need for both seating and a large linear counter space for serving customers, we were required to creative problem solve the issue of flow in the space. The end result was a counter space that hugged the structural column and focused the customer flow in and around the space without creating traffic jams in the the seating area.
