As part of the new Shenandoah Valley Electrical Cooperative (SVEC) Headquarters project, the SVEC required the addition of a new garage building to service and operate their ever increasing fleet of vehicles. The structure, a butler building, provides two large services bays for larger vehicles and two smaller bays for smaller vehicles. The service bays include two ground based vehicle lifts and one overhead crane. The structure also provides a small area for locker rooms, a break room, and a service department. A mezzanine was include above for part storage.
